The Mystery of Kelly's Baby

Really, this is what they want us to do.  They want us to star speculating and discussing...'cuz that's what will keep us coming back.  In hopes that we'll find out.  But we probably won't...at least not anytime soon.
 
So here's my guess:  Dylan is the father of Kelly's baby on 90210.
 
My first guess was just some random character we'd never heard of or seen.  But after last night's episode where Kelly mentioned that Sammy's father was someone "she had a history with in high school..." I've had to rethink it. 
 
Nice move writers.  Way to suck us diehards in further.  ('Cuz truth be told if it wasn't for the homage they pay to history with Kelly and Brenda and Silver (formerly Erin)...I don't know how committed I'd be to this show.)
 
Dylan seems like the best bet to me since when the show ended it was alluding to a reunion of Kelly and Dylan (at David and Donna's wedding reception)...and the story fit's as they did have a 'history in high school' unlike she and Brandon who were engaged and almost at the altar post high school.  And clearly we learned from last week that she has a good relationship with Brandon as they talk on the phone and she and Brenda talked openly about him. 
 
However, on the other hand there is still that tiny seed of doubt - which is the key to making me come back and keep watching.  For example, it seems odd that Dylan wouldn't want to be a part of his son's life, especially after the relationship he had with his father.  And just because she has a good relationship with Brandon doesn't necessarily mean he's not Sammy's father, she said that his father was absent from his life - but didn't actually say she was bitter about it.   Although her mom's drunken 'did HE decide to come back?' kind of points to the fact that there might be some animosty.
 
Oh the drama of it all.   So the people behind this new 90210 have got their way...at least for now...I'll be tuning in next week in hopes of some tiny little morsel to help me in my quest to solve the mystery of Kelly's baby daddy.
