Dirty Dancing Opening Night: My Unbiased review

The Toronto Star gave the show 2 out of 5 stars. 
 
Ok.  So, here's the thing.  It's live version of a really cheesy movie.
 
No one ever said DD was an Oscar winning story.  DD is an experience.  And that's what DD on stage is all about - reliving all of those favourite scenes.
 
If you didn't like the movie...don't expect the stage version to change your mind.  This show isn't about great theatre...it's about great fun.
